德國難民政策急轉彎 挨批思慮不周

（法新社柏林14日電） 僅僅兩週前，德國總理梅克爾（Angela Merkel）大膽決定，敞開德國大門歡迎逃離敘利亞殘酷戰火的難民，贏得從美國到紐西蘭等國家的讚揚。
但突然間，出現180度大轉變，德國昨天表示將重啟邊境管制，之前實質上已取消的敘利亞人庇護規定將重新恢復。
有關當局坦承，數以萬計新抵達的難民已使收容能力達到極限，因此呼籲回到較井然有序的情況。
分析家今天對這項出其不意的舉動冷嘲熱諷，左派的「日日新聞報」（Tageszeitung）稱此舉是「荒謬的改弦易轍」，保守派的「世界報」（Die Welt）則質疑德國的難民政策是否經過深思熟慮。
曾任法國前總統沙柯吉（Nicolas Sarkozy）幕僚的蓋諾（Henri Guaino）也砲轟梅克爾，批評她接納80萬難民的計畫。
大約有兩個星期的時間，梅克爾及其盟友大膽地堅稱有能力控制難民危機，內閣也口徑一致，但很快就面臨現實。
尤其是在繁榮和保守的南部巴伐利亞（Bavaria）地區，各地方當局數個月來抱怨他們難以應付數量空前的入境移民。
當慕尼黑（Munich）1個週末就湧入高達兩萬人之後，梅克爾所屬的保守陣營出現公然反抗的聲音，她在巴伐利亞的基督教社會聯盟（CSU）的盟友指出，她的政策是大災難。
基社黨黨魁兼巴伐利亞邦邦長賽賀佛（HorstSeehofer）表示，對數量前所未見的移民開放德國邊境「是1項錯誤，我們這裡將遭到長期佔據」。
他對「明鏡周刊」（Der Spiegel）指出：「我們讓自己掉入很快就無法控制的緊急狀況中。」
難民身分查核問題也浮上檯面，基社黨副主席弗里德里希（Hans-Peter Friedrich）表示，「讓數以千計的人在沒有查核與登記情況下入境，是完全不負責任的，沒有人能確實預估多少伊斯蘭國（IS）戰士或伊斯蘭激進分子混入其中」。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
